A message from the Programme Director, Dr Catherine Stanton

Catherine StantonThe MA/PG Diploma in Health Care Ethics and Law by Distance Learning programme was launched in 2002. It is based on the successful campus-based course, which has run for many years. The distance learning programme allows students the flexibility to study whilst also continuing with their professional and other commitments.

Please use the tabs on the left hand side of this page to find out further information about the MA/PG Dip. We are also delighted to be able to offer LLM and PG Certificate courses (from September 2012), details of which you will also find on this site.

If you have any further queries, please feel free to contact me: catherine.stanton@manchester.ac.uk.

Student Perspective

Student perspective

"The distance learning programme has been a fruitful and informative experience. It has been inspirational to work so closely with students from across the globe and from such diverse and multicultural backgrounds. The tutors are always on hand and quick to respond to my many questions and this type of study allows me to work around my career and childcare commitments. I would recommend this university to anyone wishing to study".

Pippa Crouch, student on the MA in Health Care Ethics and Law by Distance Learning (2010-12)
