Seminar 2: Trust in a Diverse Society, 9-5pm, Manchester Business School.
The seminar will examine religious and cultural attitudes to organ donation and the extent to which they have impacted upon the current shortage of organs available for transplantation in the UK.

Seminar 3: Health Care Professionals and Organ Transplantation, 9-5pm, Chancellors Hotel & Conference Centre.This seminar will look at the health professionals who take decisions surrounding organ donation. It will examine their roles and the dilemmas that they face.

Seminar 4: The European Dimension
This seminar will examine how ethical and legal issues involved in access to, and supply of, organs for transplantation have been dealt with in the European context.
The seminar will be held at Chancellors Hotel and Conference Centre, 9-5p.m. Attendance at this seminar is open to public participation, but spaces are limited.

Seminar 5: A Practical Solution
The final seminar will bring together the threads of the previous seminars especially seminar 2, 3, and 4. Papers will be presented for debate at this session, with particular focus on a practical solution to increase the supply of organs for transplantation that is ethically acceptable and socially realistic.
