Transitional Justice
The stream aims to highlight innovative research and stimulate discussion around key challenges in transitional justice. Papers addressing any of the following themes are particularly welcomed, as are papers from an interdisciplinary or practitioner perspective:
- Theoretical approaches to transitional justice
- Evaluating institutions of international criminal justice
- Non-prosecutorial approaches to transitional justice
- Transitional justice and the needs of vulnerable social groups
- Emerging trends and contemporary challenges of transitional justice
