Maths, Statistics and Scientific Legal Methodologies
The session on Maths, Statistics and Scientific Legal Methodologies proposes to bring together scholars and researchers who are interested in using mathematics and statistics in their legal research, either within the context of economic theories or beyond. We invite papers which demonstrate the use of mathematical or statistical techniques in legal research, as well as papers discussing how mathematics and statistics can be used to enhance the scientific value of legal research. Discussions on teaching mathematics and statistics to legal researchers are also welcomed.
