European Law
The hope is that this stream will attract a varied and interesting collection of papers addressing a wide range of topical issues falling under the broad umbrella of EU law. Papers on any aspect of European law would be welcome. If you are interested in participating in this stream, please send a brief abstract to me via the email address below.
Here are a couple of possible themes around which our sessions could be developed:
- Regulating the Market: Community Law and the Protection of Stakeholder Interests
- Coping with Enlargement: Law, Order and Structural Evolution in an Ever-Expanding Union
